Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Not a part of non-returnable items (listed below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
Accessories (unless damaged or incorrect)
Items bought under clearance or special sale
Customized or altered products
Return Process
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos/video proof (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or share the return address.
4. After the product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Method
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color if the product is in stock. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping Charges
Returns due to damaged or incorrect items: Free
Returns due to personal preference (size, color, dislike): A small return shipping fee may apply depending on the courier service.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
